One of our neighbours had a birthday party with a party games a bouncy castle and bbq for about 25 kids and their parents during the day on Monday.
My wife was sitting in our garden and heard them singing happy birthday to someone who doesn’t even live there. It turned out the family who live in the house offered to hold a party for a friend with a small garden? It finished about 8pm in the evening.
These are the people who would never follow self isolating or anything that prevented them from doing what they want to.
