Hmm thanks guys, I’ve rigged up a timber slope this morning (I dread to think what the neibours are thinking) I’ve broke out the wall enough to get the true levels and it’s a bit better I’ve gained 110mm in my favour, so as doing it in block paving will go with that as it can easily be change, if things change in the future then the step out could also be raised and I can then incorporate the steps into the slope. Decision made. For now anyway lol.
