Some can be and likely to be is just speculation and covering the bases as they have no idea, I saw the interview and the other reports on the same woman, she didn’t pass on the infection to any other people and showed no symptoms, also the results came back different 3 times, I would hardly call that proof that we can all catch it again, where are the figures for people that have caught it more than once?
