Spot on, the Motability “Specialist” is normally “not on site…”
I got this even when I said I am not in any way disabled. So, in some dealers I just don’t say I am a Motability customer, saves the “We can’t help you, only Bob can, and he’s off till next Wednesday” from the 5 other sales staff all sitting about doing nothing/discussing Debbie in admin’s attributes/re-living their glory days of 6 months as a 4th Division football star.
