Last year I had a C-HR 1.8 Hybrid for 3 days and had to do a couple of long motorway journeys in it, I have to say it was the most efficient way of turning petrol into noise I have ever encountered, while travelling in the middle lane at about 65mph I wanted to pull out to pass a car and put my foot down to pull into traffic, O M G! I nearly S*%t myself, all I got was a cabin full of horrible engine noise and barely any acceleration and had to swerve back into the middle lane.
They were the 2 worst drives of my life plus once at speed it just runs the engine constantly and the 400 miles returned me an average of 28mpg, never again will I even consider a CVT on any car!
