Had a nice phone call from our local Ford dealer (I withhold the dealers name) my Kuga is now due for it 3 year service and MOT, and is there anything they could do etc, yeah when I need them to look at our Kuga they were rude and put the phone down, on 2 occasion I asked about the Satnav updated they ignored me, now they are apologising for not carrying it out (I cannot find my own house on the Ford satnav, but can on my Garmin and iPhone)
I don’t even bother going to the local ford anymore, It’s clear they don’t care. so i don’t want a car from them or even to have them touch a car i drive.. after a real bad experience(not ford related)
i very careful who i get to service a car i drive and put my family in…That starts with their attitude the moment you walk threw the door.
Everytime i been to look at a certain car i like, they don’t have one for a test drive ( even in a different trim or spec) but it’s not the reason.. It’s the attitude and thats before you buy a car.. I’m hyper sensitive to it, I guess and i just walkout, coz i got mental issues… like i wanna ford anyway…
