Thanks @phaedra appreciate it but it states a limited production period so I can only presume it’s now sorted and the 4713 vehicles are the only ones effected, just really annoyed and upset with the lack of communication from both VW and the dealership I knew something was wrong but they wouldn’t have any of it until I mentioned this issue to them today. I have called the dealer and apparently they were about to call us to say about the issue but we beat them to it lol yea right
the dealership has now advised they can’t help with a temporary hire car and to ask motability which we have just done but apparently because we haven’t taken delivery of the vehicle there is nothing they can do to help us so really stuck now
