    I would have to disagree with Gothitjulie.  I would estimate that the heat pump would help retain range for around the six months of the year that I would prefer heating on in the car, whether on long or short journeys. Using a chunk of battery capacity to provide this doesn’t make sense to me, especially when other EV’s provide this heat pump system as standard.  Then again, I feel the cold; part of my condition.

    Other tech missing.  I believe these would include:

    Blind spot detection

    ACC

    Heads Up display

    Wireless Charging

    Chargeable Apple Carplay and Android Auto fitment (this was chargeable, not sure if still is).

    Matrix LED lights

    I feel that the current i3 would be a better proposition if BMW updated the tech to compete with the latest crop of EV’s from the likes of Peugeot, Vauxhall and DS.

    Just my 2p worth 🙂
