You’ve spoken to the dealer, now speak with motability and see what they say but I still think it’s taking the P to want to cancel an order just cause you changed your mind over the colour… what if in a couple if weeks you see a white one and think oh I fancy that… will you cancel and reorder again?
The pin number system is there for our protection in case the dealer tries to pass of something we didn’t order (ie the wrong colour, the wrong spec?) ☹
