When we bought her last chair we visited the local company and picked the one she liked, then went and bought it off the internet for half the price, this time as they are the same chair we knew already what we needed. Our NHS issued one lasted about a month before i sent it back and bought our own privatly.
The |Excel G Logic are so much nicer, lighter and more comfortable than the nhs issued ones, and they aren’t as bulky so easier for me to lift in and out of car.

Motability will know the local shop who will supply yours based on your postcode so might be worth asking them and visiting directly and sort it that way
