I believe it was myself who post the original thread about the motability offer of the wheel chair.
Now I also understood that any wheel chair order would be in the boot of car on collection.
So looks like bad service from both the car dealership and the chair supplier. I would kick off big style If it was me.
Our only option is to complain to the dealer and then motability. However, how do we know Motability have actually bollocked shoddy service from dealership. In short we don’t.
