My fear, Mitch, is that Corbynism is now so firmly embedded within the Labour Party that the new leader who emerges will be put there to coninue the work. The £3 membership allowed the Party to be stuffed with Communists/Marxists/Trotskyites and if enough of them remain they will ensure it. The Party within the Party then has nearly ten years to try again to impose communism.
The public face of Labour will continue to be as disruptive as possible, and yet try to show it has broad appeal to prevent a replacement centre left party forming.
