If you have any medical evidence of why the physical exam would be impossible for you, you should have nothing to worry about.
But highlight all incorrect points and let them know why it’s wrong, with your supporting evidence if possible.
My report also had contradictions in it, but it didn’t matter as I got enough points. I’ve never heard of anyone say their report was totally correct.
