If it works through bluetooth, and another phone works just fine through cable, the issue is your phone. Hey there, i’m captain obvious. There’s a setting on your phone that lets you chose the audio output, you need to make sure that that’s set to your cars speakers, not your phone.
Another person mentioned this on reddit, which apparently helped a few people. “Check in Settings\Accessibility\Touch\Call Audio Routing\ (does it say automatic or speaker?) (this assumes iOS 13.x) — if not iOS13, hunt for where a similar setting is” I don’t have an apple device, so i can only tell you what to look for, not where to find it. But i’m pretty sure that that’s the issue.
It’s set to auto. Just tested it and it’s still not connecting properly.
