Difficult. So whoever pays the BBC subscription will be subsidising the production and transmission costs of BBC radio programmes for everyone else. Hardy seems fair.
From my understanding, a TV licence is only required to watch BBC live programs and content on iPlayer, therefore, you don’t need a TV licence to listen to any BBC radio channels.
Thinking about it wasn’t the radio license abolished in the late 60’s early 70’s!
