Not true as I have a case against Motability operations and been told i do indeed have a case and evidence to back it up the charity is a different story but but they judge everyone every day and we know they have to share it out but i had a friend who sadly is no longer with us and the charity gave him well over £4500 to get a top of the range Volvo executive that is no longer on the scheme with seats that help you get in and a large boot hoist and only used it up to two years and not his fault became bedbound and it was then stuck on his drive for over the 5 years extension so bad that the truck had to drag it off his drive as the electric brake had all ceased and into 6 weeks of having the car told the grants team that the electric seats he wants taking out as he was not happy.
