With the semi-conductor shortages and delayed delivery times I have would say cancellations are not uncommon. It is my first time applying through motability and can honestly say it is very difficult to choose a vehicle as you never know when another company might put their cars back on the scheme . Choosing a car just feels like a gamble at the moment.
Spot on. As this is your first Motability order, it’s worth knowing that the quarterly changes apply more to Advance Payments than they do to vehicle choice. Vehicles can (and do) come on and off the scheme on an almost daily basis. See the ‘Car Numbers on the scheme’ thread for details.
