Hi there does anyone know how long does it normally take for pod point to contact you after motability has referred you to them please

Have they started using pod point, are you sure it would be great if they are. It’s BP pulse they use and the charger and service are rubbish. There is another couple of threads on here about them and we are hoping MB will switch suppliers of their chargers.

Pod point have been a Motability partner for a long time.

The allocation of which home charger Motability assign to us is car make dependant.

Most French make vehicles are assigned Pod point chargers.

This was told to me by Motability when I tried to not be assigned BP pulse.

To give you some idea of timescale. This was in August……

My Kona ev was approved by Motability Tuesday I received this text Wednesday

I filled that in, then received a text from in my case from bp pulse on the Friday evening.

I would say if it’s been more than that then contact Pod point yourself and ask them.
