I spoke with Motability at the end of my lease last November as due to Covid my replacement vehicle was far from ready. Having heard nothing at all from my dealership I asked Motability for help and more information and as so many seem to have experienced on here, they were really good.
As my lease and insurance extensions are now almost up and the replacement still seems to be in never never land, I’ll need to contact them again next week.
