went to two glasgow ford showrooms to see a couple of cars not only did they not have them but they coudnt tell me when id get one if ordered and didnt know prices and coudnt get a demo as they have no stock  one show room had 2 cars the other 3  these are main dealers not small places

Ford really are terrible. I have a Kuga, it’s possibly one of the worst cars I’ve had for breakdowns and I’ve owned 2 Austin maestro’s in the past.?

And as for the 2 ford dealerships I’ve had to engage with, well they are worse than the car.

Oddly my local Ford dealer is OK, can usually get disabled parking as they don’t fill the bays with sale cars like the other garages round here.  Always pleasant and helpful, if it wasn’t for the Kuga prices almost doubling for the new version I would have had one on order.

Current wait time on a Kuga is 5 to 8 weeks if that’s any use?

I went to the local ford dealer once and they wanted me to drive 40miles to another dealer for a test drive.
