I don’t know about the Ateca but the Seat Leon I had on a 61 plate came with one of those silly puncture kits but there was still the space for a space-saver underneath the boot floor. It had a big piece of polystyrene type plastic in the hole where the tyre would sit with cut outs for the jack and the air pump silly kit.
