I’m guessing the summer range, some people have been getting 300 miles but until I try it in summer I won’t know. There are so many variations in range for every ev so until I have driven in the summer I won’t know. I gave an estimate of 250 as I didn’t want to over sell it to kj35. The Toyota is quite a bit bigger than the Kona. The boot measures the same size as a 2019 seat Leon estate, Seat quote 585 litres yet Toyota quote 450 so again they all measure differently. As far as I’m concerned it has more than enough range for most people. I’m not brand loyal and pick what’s best for me.

It’s a very smooth ride and soaks up the bumps, the seats are way better than the vag group cars and range in warmer weather on the fwd should be around the 250 mark maybe a bit more.

To be honest the fwd has similar range to the Enyaq it’s the awd that has an issue with range. I don’t understand why the Toyota is getting so much criticism, I’ve had Audis, Volvos and this is as nice as any of them. I would check it out as the seats are the closest in comfort too the Volvo. It’s also worth asking for a discount.

I found the seats in the BZ4x to be the most comfortable and it was a lovely drive, I preferred it to the Enyaq and they treated me better. Also delivery was only 3 weeks. So far it’s been great and now it’s not -1 outside I’m seeing over 200 miles which will increase when it gets warmer.

I went to Toyota and they were great, I phoned at 9am and they arranged a test drive within the hour and they let me drive to different trim levels so I could pick. I then went to Skoda to see the Enyaq but the salesman was quite rude and when I asked to see the boot he said he couldn’t open it. He then proceeded to tell me that the car sells itself which is lucky for him as he was useless. I went straight back to Toyota and ordered from them.

It’s very comfy and range at the moment around 200 miles but only doing shorter journeys.
