Even though as a previous lorry/van/plant driver who is confident in reverse/parallel parking, why not
Results quite impressed tbh ,parked dead center between the parked cars
Bit weird watching the steering wheel turning its self ? it’s a bit long winded but for those that struggle with parking and can’t reverse with mirrors alone it should make life easier

Selenium greyFile28, that’s a lovely looking motor! Your wife’s choice has made it look like a stormtrooper, which is about as good as you can get in my book ?. The auto might take a bit of time getting used to but at least it’s not the other way around! Stalling at every junction is a never fun ?. Anyway, hope you have some good fun exploring your new ride. Im torn between the New Ateca, New Leon and the Focus ST-Line X, The Ateca is really alot of car for the money but im really worried about the price increases next quarter i might be forced with a Hyundai i10 ?
I like that off road mode!!

Well I hope you have more luck with your ateca than we are with ours. Its dreadful. Light switches not working and waited 10 weeks for parts to arrive, drivers one touch windows not working properly, also window needs to be pushed down last cm manually on drivers side. Android auto does not work properly which is important because the pre installed maps are over 3 years out of date and now when it’s in reverse in whines ridiculously loud while moving and especially when braking. FR in white 4 months old. Absolutely terrible car unfortunately. Its a shame because its drives very nice, the engine is quiet and smooth and it looks very very nice in white but…
Had minor issues with mine, solved within 48 hours by our excellent dealer, who picked up the vehicle himself, the dealer principal, including light parts obtained from central depot that arrived next day

It’s the 1.5tsi manual. It’s going in for the 2nd time next week. Over 10 weeks to get the part for the rear interior light was ridiculous tbh. It was only yesterday I finally got the call saying the part had come in. Also sports mode feels identical to normal mode. The steering and the acceleration are no different so they are looking into that as well. I already had to replace the windscreen wipers all round because they were useless (almost as if they were years old and dried out! ). As you can tell we are really not happy with it at all. I have read 100s of reviews of this car so I know I have just been unlucky.
The mpg isn’t great at 38mpg but it’s a petrol. Our 2018 diesel qashqai 1.5 before this was getting 58mpg. Tbh I wish I had gone for diesel this time as well but the reviews on the 1.5tsi were so good
