Oh dear, Thanks for the info macca, seems you simply have to mention it to to Volvo rather than the other way around….

I was simply unaware of the process,  had my car serviced the other week…

Ajn, ask your dealer to send you one retrospectively along with the instructions for install, should be no issue with that if they’re a decent company and want your future servicing too.

Im a fan of Volvo transport always have had a Volvo for use, hence our new xc40 through the scheme…

This time around we choose the pick up/return for the service, reason being every time I’ve visited this branch, there always seems to be an atmosphere of grumpiness amongst the staff, everything seems to be an issue with silly excuses…

A bit like a bickering couple at a party, it’s just something I choose to avoid in life…?

We’re fortunate as our dealer is spot on, our Data Sim is in the post having just had ours serviced.

Yet to place the sim in, that’s up to the wife, I haven’t a clue, however the instructions seem pretty clear, coffee’s, instructions and time so over the weekend I guess..
