They didn’t replace it when I used it. Easily replaced at your local supermarket/petrol station.

The dealer replaced mine when they didn’t find one during a routine service. It was there, but I had a lot of junk in the trunk… so I ended up with two

Which was fortunate as when driving near Mansfield a few weeks later I must’ve driven over an abandoned stinger because I got three punctures in one go, one was slow enough that I could keep it inflated every 20 mins until I got home (and the tyre was repaired) but the other two required the use of tyre sealant

Kwikfit gave me another tyre sealant for free, must’ve been a reward for being such a profitable customer! 😀
