      Hi all,

When your 3 year lease comes to end and you’re notified from motorbility to order your next car.

Is this inline with date when you ordered last car or when collected signed for?

As with myself there was a 3 month gap from order  to collection with my last car overlapping different quarters.

      Thanks

          go here https://activate.motabilityoperations.co.uk/create/pre-check?utm_source=sign-in&utm_medium=link&utm_campaign=self-registration

and create your account. That way you have access to your dates etc. Very handy.

Paul – as others have said, your lease end date is 3 years from the date you took delivery of your current car, not when you ordered it. Whilst you can order your next car 3 months before then, if it is a car that is in stock, or comes super early, you cannot take delivery of it until your full 3 years lease is up. If your new car takes longer than 3 months to arrive, your current lease is extended until it arrives, but the new car will still be a full 3 years from the date you take delivery. Given the lead times on many factory orders these days it’s a shame that the 3 month order window isn’t extended by a month or two. We ordered on Monday and it could take 5 to 6 months!
