Has anyone already have a battery storage, I have ordered a Solax Triple 5.8 battery, I would love some feedback
Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.

I just had a quick look at the battery you mention @Oscarmax and from what I have read it sounds good. Ticks all the boxes for latest standards ECT. I am sure you would be fine with his battery.
I have no idea on costs comparisons though. Having said that, just looked and wow!
Do you have someone to install for you ?

The latest Solax Triple batteries are now made by LG, the company that fitted my solar panels in March came out yesterday and have quoted me a price fitted £4,426.09 including VAT. It would have cost £800 less if I had purchased the master battery online plus I would have required an electrician to set up and wire it all in, however if I wish to add another slave battery in the future it is just a simple plug and play

As for Solax I believe they are a Chinese compay whitch wouldn’t bother me as they are ahead in this game and many of the better known makes come from China or have their internals anyway.
As @joss say put a pic up of your system when its installed.
October 15, 2022 at 10:18 am #198318Solax 5.8 kWh triple solar battery storage added to my 4.4 kWh solar array on Wednesday, so far so good, installation and commissioning was straight forward taking the engineer about 4 hours.
We are on Octopus Go 5 pence off peak and 13.72 pence until March 2023, we will then charge over to 7.5 pence off peak and 40 pence.
Over the last couple of days, we have only used solar or 5 pence off peak, happy bunny shame it’s going to subsides the gas bill.
