Silly question we have seen on this forum Motability vehicle can be serviced at any Motability brand dealership, we have a Suzuki Across which is basically a rebadged Toyota RAV4 PHEV, when we ordered the vehicle from our local Suzuki dealership, for servicing it would have to serviced at the main dealership 30 miles away, they offered a return and collection for servicing £15.00, when it required servicing that cost had risen to £30.00, we are assuming in August this year at service time this cost will rise again ?
As the Suzuki Across and Toyota RAV4 PHEV are the same vehicle can we get our Suzuki serviced at our local Toyota Motability dealership who offer free collection and return.
Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally say the wrong thing.

With Motability’s permission I had my Mazda serviced at the local Renault garage. Get in touch with Motability and request the local garage to take on the servicing.

Personally, I would always want my cars serviced at the correct brands dealership. I know that people say that X car is the same as Y car, but there are always differences and I doubt that Toyota dealerships carry Suzuki parts. However, if this isn’t something that bothers you, I suspect that it’s possible. As others have said, just call Motability and ask.
