Sometimes it’s only obvious if you’re ‘fluent in the language’.  That appalling English is no longer a clue – sender could just be too lazy to check their work before hitting ‘send’.  I wouldn’t know if that Link was genuine or not.

Fortunately, DH is a computer techie and the Golden Rules are 1) Never click a link in an email, and 2) If it’s unsolicited, ask him to check it.  So far, so good.  I don’t know how anyone without an expert to ask survives.

Good points Georgie, of course DH is correct on the golden rules. When you have around computers as long as I have, and your a techie like me. They are easy to spot.

However you have to keep your knowledge base up
