If anyone in the Midlands is looking for a truly professional service on their next car, ask for Harvey Sandhu at Sytner Coventry.

I get my new car next week and what a difference from my current dealership which is Ford in Tamworth.

So helpful, and forthcoming with info, seriously is the best service i have EVER had from any dealer, both new cars and old.

I do not work at BMW or have any friendship with this man, this is an honest post from me, I get disability, just a shame that people are not trusting when someone puts a post up that celebrates excellent customer service, by the way I did go to sytner in Tamworth and they were not as helpful as this guy, and the only reason I went there was due to a post earlier on this forum, he even honoured Marshalls £500 offer.

 

In fact when I get the car next week I intend to put a picture up if that will satisfy the doubters on here

Don’t get upset, it’s just that your post was a little unusual in that your name is listed as ‘After a BMW try this guy’ and that comes across a little suspicious. If you’d listed yourself as Kevinbeemer or some such, and then gone on to praise Mr Sandhu then it might have been accepted more readily. Anyhow, glad you got good service and look forward to the pictures of your car!

ps – If Harvey Sandhu were to have done this I’d have high fived him for initiative ?

I thought it was the title, never posted on a forum before, but thought in these horrible times I would put a nice review.

 

if you search the forum for Harvey Sandhills, there are posts from earlier this year, and I did not want to drive to marshalls and Harvey matched the deal. I ordered a 218m sport gran coupe. To be honest I wished the guy worked at my local Sytner instead of having to go to Coventry, but for 500 off it’s worth it.

Have to agree with Kevin, nothing but praise for the guys at BMW Vines in Redhill, no stress, faultless communication, good handover, wasn’t an entire walkover for discount, but got there in the end.

I can also recommend Harvey as I aquired my X1 from him nearly three years ago.

I last spoke to him two weeks ago and unfortunately, he has left the BMW business and gained a career promotion with the Mini business on the same shared site as BMW, a promotion that is thoroughly deserved.

I believe one of his BMW colleagues Mathew Marsan has taken over his role in Motability sales, who is equally as kind and understanding as Harvey was.
