I have tried to create an account a few times but have been unsuccessful.

First time I tried it said check inbox for verification email – nothing in my inbox, including junk mail.

Today I tried to sign up again and it said my username and email is already in use, so I clicked on the “forgot password” option and still no email received.

Can you please tell me how I can resolve this issue?
