My Podpoint EV charger 3 year warranty ends March 2023
On the 24th December the Podpoint charger started playing up giving spurious recordings, I have lost my wi-fi link, seems very strange with the new regulations coming into force on 1st January 2023, contacted Podpoint straight away online, can I get any sense all they keep sending is access to their online help site.
I finally managed to access their help phone line, they informed an engineer will be in touch and phone back ? However all I am getting is more online advice to access their online help line.
So much for my 3 year warranty, looks like around £1,000 for a new EV charger?
Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.
