Hi all,

I received a call from a company called’plug me in’ asking to arrange a visit to my property to go over my Ohme charger and app even though I’ve had it a few months and used to the set up etc.

Has anybody heard anything from them as apparently it’s in conjunction with Ohme and free?

Yes, it’s legit.

Ohme uses various installers depending on what part of the country you are in.

Not sure why they would want to visit you after the fact though. Did they give you any reason during the call?

Ohme contract out to national companies, who then contract the work out to a local company!

Check your emails, as Ohme would have said who they are contracting it to, such as ProEV Plug me in etc.

I’ve already been set up since June but was unsure why this company called now but they stated it was a follow up from Ohme?

I will call Ohme tomorrow to confirm.

Quality checks to ensure they are maintaining standards set by Ohme I would imagine

Alarm bells ring when someone unexpected rings me and says they are going to visit

In this instance I would make contact with Ohme and check this out asap

Noone comes in unless pre arranged

Had a nurse turn up out of the blue a couple of days ago

She said Ive come to do your health check

No was my reply you must have the wrong person as noone has told me about your visit

Oh we pop in if/when we can she replied

Blimey you must waste a lot of your valuable time if someone is not in or its not convenient

I said she best message me in advance that way I know its not a scam and can let them know if its not convenient.

Couple of days later I got a message

Nurse calling this Fri between 9-12

Simples and now everyone is happy.
