Hi guys I wonder if someone can help me please I ordered Peurgeot Traveller Allure model £5k Deposit on mobility this was beginning of January dealer did say  around 4 to 5 months waiting time but usually arrives much quicker around 3 months on average.

I spoke with dealer about 2weeks a go they said they don’t have any updates on the system as yet.

My question is will my car still get built if not what will dealer do as our family has grown and we expecting new member of our family in July. Our current car is not big enough for 6 people.

I can’t get hold of the dealer because they are closed.

      Any help would be great

      Thank you.

Unfortunately I doubt there will be much communication or correspondence from dealers during the current crisis therefore lengthy delays are expected.

          Hi and Thanks for reply

So what will happen will they offer me some sort of lease car which will be big enough? As stated above current car is way to small for 6 people.

As it stands with the lockdown 6 of you shouldn’t be going anywhere anyway, motability have stopped new leases and extended current by 6 months.

All car manufacturers have closed so nothing is being built and dealers are closed so no cars will be supplied.

You should only be going out for essentials which wouldn’t need 6 of you.

The dealer is just an agent for the people buying the car, who are Motability, who then lease it to you.

even though he works for those selling the car.

So i guess you need to spk to Motability about the situation.. Only they can help you or advise you on this..

my dealer contacted me because he actually has my car but handover is not till the 15th of april.

suxx, all of this the unknown, but look it’s not a problem right now and i guess not much can be done right now til showrooms get back to being open. so don’t let it worry you to much deffo call Motability though.

You just have wait until all this passes.
Yours and your families health are the priority.

congratulations on the news of the little one.

Yes there is so much worry going on I don’t think you should be concerned with getting bigger car ,as said you should not be going anywhere other than medication &  shop trips ,you must have your car extended,no offence but we all have more worrying things to think of.
