      Hi everyone,

my Ohme charger has been working well up until recently however when I exit my Cupra Born I set my charge to add say 35% for 6 am plug in but when i check the Ohme app it states eg:48% for  3:30 pm next day?

i then go to set again but rather than 5% denominations it’ll offer 32/34% eventually i just set the closest charge needed?

Any asvice welcome please as the response is AI generated from Ohme?

      Thank you 👍

I don’t think I can help, but I am interested in your charge regime.

I use my Ohme as a dumb charger, set the location in the car and let Octopus control the charging.

Just curious, why use ohme as a smart charger?

          Who’s your energy supplier?

Providing Cupra is same as Skoda (both under VW hood), Skoda recently stopped sharing vehicle’s information with the charger (I think there were several discussions on this topic at some point so just search below), so your Ohme like mine has no idea about your car.

I recently moved from Octopus to E.On (their quote was surprisingly lower in my area) and I simply set Ohme to charge my Skoda between 00:00 and 07:00.

Have the Ohme Pro and have it set to add 100% by 5am.  Never had a problem yet.
