Hi,

I was wondering if anybody could answer a few of my questions. Hopefully they’re not to daft.

We are looking into getting a mobility car for my mother who qualifies under the current guidelines.

Obviously due to COVID things are a bit different and you can’t just walk into showrooms. If I was to phone up the dealer where I spotted the car.

Would I need her to do it as the mobility is in her name or is it okay if I done it because it would be me driving it for her?

Yes by all means phone the dealer and explain that you are a motability customer. They should then guide you through the process.
