Motability Go  – is anyone using this app – I have set it up but not yet needed to use it.
I would be interested to know what people think of it.

Motability Go Charge app, I’ve used it a few times note however the price shown in the app may not be what you are charged. You may be charged less but not more.

I spoke to the app support at the time, they advised that the price shown will be the most you will be charged (since the app last synchronise with servers) therefore the CPO’s may have lowered the price or have an offer running at that time).

Thanks for reply – the journeys I am likely to us it on will be when visiting family where I cannot charge  – so Surrey to Nottingham and Surrey to west of Cornwall – is it easier to pay by app or card – thanks.

Use Motability go charge card when we visit our son in London, easy to use and no pre charges, not the cheapest but that’s okay for us. Use lamppost charging at sons as it’s only 24p per kWh, so let the battery be fairly low when we get there.

Have it, but never used: Electroverse bits it all the time. Plus if you happen to be near Tesla, than it is even more cheaper to use Tesla’s.

there are 3 chargers on that scheme within  5 miles of me all charge 83p. if that is what is available i will never be getting electric as i cant charge at home.

Sorry to hear that Mitch – if the powers that be seriously want people to go electric then provision of public charging at a sensible rate has to improve big time!!!
