I mean I understand it sounds bonkers and it would never happen. Motability should open up their own dealership/centre solely for Motability customers. In light of listening to everyones experience on orders, and the sheer amount of times dealers mess around with customer orders and get away with is disgusting!

Yes I know it is all about costs, expenses, travel etc etc but half of the Motability advisors at retail dealerships are not even trustworthy and competent!!

I mean the only closest thing to it are the events and open days.

And where would these Motability branches be located?

At least using the current main dealer network keeps Motability’s overhead costs down. Imagine how much it would cost Motability to create from scratch a branch in every major town and city in the UK? Costs such as land, rates, staff (both sales and vehicle technicians etc), to say nothing of the individual manufacturer training each would need (from every manufacturer on the scheme).

It would simply be unworkable and financially bonkers.
