Does anyone think that amongst all of problems caused by the pandemic another one is motability customers are viewed as a low priority  & dealerships pay little attention to them, ignoring them etc, string us along, so we have to Google all areas to try and get answers

my best advice on this is to order mid way through the last month of a quater with all dealers, as this tends to be when they know they need more orders in to up their quota that even in these times gives them a bigger discount from manufacture.

You always have to remember dealers get a extra percentage off all cars if they sell so many in a quater the folling quater which could mean a lot of profit for them, and if 10 motability orders tip them over that number they will roll out the red carpet, offer discounts etc.

I’ve got nothing but praise for the WAV conversation companies, our latest one from Brook Miller is the best we’ve ever dealt  with . Guess doing a full personal customisation is not the same as selection a car off the shelf so as to speak.

I’ve told my disabled neighbour who is due for a replacement vehicle in March,(standard 3 year lease)  keep what you’ve got as this forum paints a very sad picture of dealerships at the moment.

Long lead times and poor choice ..hopefully he can get a year’s extension ????

It’s a problem area ,my dealer started good but has lost interest I guess because of new car effected pandemic times.

I have my previouse car ,I have an order in ,but know I don’t think about it ( if ) it shows up after 12 month wait ,ok, if not, order again elswhere at some stage .
