What would happen if I Motability car gets written off by a driver who wasn’t insured for the car but was allowed to drive it by the main driver (not the owner)? Do RAC still pay out?
Does the disabled person who’s car it is get punished financially even if they are vulnerable and was taken without their consent?
It’s not really fair if the disabled vulnerable person has to pay for a 30K car bill that wasn’t their fault
will they be able to get a brand new car if it’s written off?

The only person who got all his work done by Friday was Robinson Crusoe.
Anything i post over three lines long please assume it is an article lol.The headline could be “90% DISABLED DRIVERS ON DRUGS” and of course as always there would be a tiny incy wincy bit of truth in the statement so they can defended themselves as I myself drive and take at least 4 to 5 drugs everyday but are of course prescribed by a doctor who says the drugs have no effect on my driving.
i take a wheen of tablets. they dont affect my that way now tho when i was given an increased dose of bp med, i couldnt drive; hell i couldnt stay awake!!.. had to take the extra at bed time so it helped me sleep lol. but the painkillers dont bother me that way.

I had an accident two weeks ago, my fault and car has been written off.
Had a call today to say that because this is the second accident I’ve had in 5 years, before I can get a new one on motability, I have to pay a premium of over & £1000, and my excess will be increased to £300.
Is there any way this premium an be decreased?

I was driving my wife’s motability carlast weekend, she was in the car as well. I am a named driver on the car. We were hit by a driver running a red light. I sustained a broken back and my wife 3 ribs. The wife’s car will be written off as they had to cut the roof off. Just wondering if we will have another car and will we have to find the down payment again.
