Hi. My name is Beata – I already have Toyota c-hr – and I am totally unhappy with that car.

I change with early cancelation agree, that the car is not good for my disability any more.

I do not remember what happens after 3 years of leasing …

When I lease vehicle with toyota – the dealer told me that the advance payment is only one payment – and after 3 years – I can get a new car without advance payment anymore. And the advance payment I made is only once payment.

I pay for my new car £3749.00  – After 3 years I will have to pay another advance payment ? With the same dealer ? Or I was ben lied by toyota?

My current car I waiting for is a Mercedes GLA 180 AMD Premium Plu. So how it looks like?  I need to pay only one advance payment with the same dealership and get new car after 3 years of contract without another advance payment? Or do I need to pat advance payment every time when my contract will end?

Please help me to resolve this problem.

      Kind Regards Guys 🙂

Hi Beata, a proportion of the original advance payment are returned when an early termination has been agreed, this directly comes from motability as a cheque – usually within days of return/exchange of vehicle. As I understand, advance payments are paid each time a qualifying new car is ordered regardless of any dealership.

A loyalty bonus or discount may be considered if ordering from the same dealership, but not paying anymore AP sounds too good to be true.

The part refund can be used towards the Mercedes GLA 180, which is a nice car by the way.
