My wife is due to collect a Motability car tomorrow and she is getting an error trying to register for a motability online account error SE1.  Does anyone have any idea what this means?

She has a letter from months ago with a PIN number on the letter so I guess she if fine to collect the car anyway, but she needs an account at some point.

Hi I just has the same issue all you need to do is go to the Motability website  instead and sign into account oe create an account through there and not use the link that was sent.
