Picked up new car earlier today – C3 Aircross 12 weeks from order 🙂

After a quick once over I noticed my mats were missing (told were included at point of order) motability advisor apologised and reordered.

Now home and setting up I see the adjustable boot shelf is also absent, wtf is going on at these dealers! waiting on call back for this one now.

So, give your vehicle a good once over before driving away just in case.

We had the issue with mats. I’m convinced some dealers take them out and sell them. Our dealer swore blind they weren’t included, I had to show him the brochure, he instantly found a set in the correct colour.

*update – just back from dealer, I insisted he take the boot shelf from another vehicle.

All sorted now, time to chill.
