A couple of days ago on here someone mentioned that when they picked up there allspace there were no mats or data cable in it but they had saved the spec list on their phone and was able to show it to dealership therfore getting said mats, if that was you would you please be able to send me a copy of it incase I have the same problem.

Both are listed in the standard equipment list for match trim.
On handover of my R-Line tech last week, I did have to ask where is my data cable, but the salesperson did go a fetch 1 for me.
I also could not get the boot to open with the foot wave, so I asked for a demonstration! only to be told by the dealer, that feature is only available on the Touareg & not on the Tiguan, At home I now have mastered the art of opening the boot of my Tiguan with 1 foot.
