It’s a good price and has a nice interior, but the UX gets poor reviews and the interior space, particularly the boot, is dreadful.

The Motability website says 486L but I haven’t seen a review that matches that yet 😕

We do need space for a power chair and hoist if we can so boot space is important

It’s not in their brochure or on their website…. cheapest on motability is £1495

Something is out of date here….

It’s not bad in black, you picked a horrible colour lol

                Range is poor too.

mainly short journeys, at the most a round tip of 100 miles

Ah that’s why the Motability website says 486L – we’ve got a hoist atm so never use the cover, bit confusing though, thanks for clearing that up kezo 🙂

Added to that, Chademo port for charging, so will always be slow to charge, max 50kw. Real world range is listed by EV Database (an accurate source of range etc.) as 210 miles. Their range table shows:

City – Cold Weather 210 mi
Highway – Cold Weather 150 mi
Combined – Cold Weather  180 mi

City – Mild Weather  310 mi
Highway – Mild Weather 190 mi
Combined – Mild Weather 240 mi

Actual range will be somewhere between the two, they list cold weather as -10 and “mild”  weather as 23! Toyota and Lexus have displayed alarming range drops on use of aircon/heat.

Not the worst EV to have if you don’t do long trips, or need a decent sized boot.

In life, it's not who you know that's important, it's how your wife found out.

Best comparison so far https://lexus.turtl.co/story/ux300e/ (360 monitor, acoustic windshield, sound system), guessing Lexus need to shift some surplus stock as that makes no sense to be lower ap than the base spec.
