JojoeI hate KwickFit with a passion. No priority whatsoever for disabled customers. Motability website says you can book in for a specific time, try doing that at branch level, they say “leave it with us for the morning”. Absolute joke! Not many on here have much good to say about them.
January 26, 2022 at 8:01 pm #175443I drive past two more local Kwik-fit to get excellent service. I think I initially used trust pilot or may have been a word of mouth recommendation. From my experience they are not all the same and are not all bad.
January 26, 2022 at 8:34 pm #175445Had the same experience a couple of weeks ago, took them 3 attempts to sort it 🙁
Please excuse spelling/typos. Apart from being a clot it turns out I had one on my cerebellum that's now causing various problems!
January 27, 2022 at 9:29 am #175484I took the Bemmer in to KF last week for a pre booked free tyre check. On arrival the guys where on it. And even topped all four pressures up. I thought the tread depth was look low, but still about 9 k left on the fronts. Motability will allow changes at 2 mm rather than the 1.6 legal minimum. All done in 10 mins without getting out of the car. Good job lads

How do you know when your going to get a puncher? Booking a specific time is truly a joke in that case and remembering that most cars don’t come with a spare these days.

MickyIt’s another problem area for us quickfit crap rac crap, I had blowout at 10.30 am 3 miles from home rac turned up 1930 then could not get wheel off hadn’t got correct tools, suggested with permission I drove home flat ,I made it ,hopeless had to be fixed by quickfit at home 2 day later, they did left, then I noticed they had left their jack under car, quickfit gave me compensation £50 , it’s another area motability need to look at,they won’t give us spare wheel. Again it needs looking at by motability.

January 27, 2022 at 6:37 pm #175509RAC phoned just after 8am, tyre plugged and mobile by 840am. Superb! At Kwik Fit just after 9am after RAC phoned them to check ok to come and did they have a tyre. Didn’t leave till just after 10 as they wouldn’t do the work until authorised.
