Got my car there for 1.30pm they started at 2pm did full health check tyre pressures etc gave me invoice was £134 to motability I was home for 3.45pm as just 5 miles away they also washed my car and I have free biscuits and a can of Diet Coke ! I sat in a Tiguan r line dsg in white in showroom and also a t roc r line dsg in grey both looked very nice

I was really impressed with Twichenham Vw, so much better then they used to be.

Mind you I put a dummy dash camera in mine on service day  ?

Did they send you a short video of the complete underside, suspension arms and all tyres too.

plus the usual clean and valley with a free winter care wash bag?
They asked if I wanted one for £20 I said no thanks and i found it in the boot.

Had an oil service done on my Touran recently by Lookers Blackpool. Had the car collected and delivered from home and got the video clip of what they had done. Always had good service from this dealer.

When i took my Audi in for its MOT there was a £60 cleaning kit in an Audi bag on the passengers seat. Now thats a freebie lol
