My id3 has just been into vw for the battery recall. I got the car back on Thursday. Now I can’t get anymore than 30miles charging in ohme smart charging. My app is still showing the car has 60% from days ago. This is what my app was showing when I handed car in. I have tried to contact the garage to see what they did but cannot get them to answer typical vw eastern/western.
You cannot speak to ohme anymore only email and that takes days.
I have made sure the vw settings are not on as that effects smart charging. Anyone else had problems after id3 recall.
