yes i got a email. its got motability headng plus this headlight. then my name and offering to join a community of fellow motability scheme customers and share views etc. its run by ipsos market research…

just wondering if its genuine or dodgy lol

How many people fall for scams believing it’s genuine, however if other here are receiving emails to possibly is…

Just been on and it is being done by Ipsos one of the world’s biggest customer research companies.  My wife has been doing Ipsos surveys for years so the company is legit.

No email here. Nevertheless, a quick bit of Googling leaves me a bit worried that this might be a scam. There is no mention of the new scheme on the Motability site(s). Similarly, nothing on Ipsos site for UK. General search for Headlight Motability Community turns up nothing. A phone call/email/whatever to either MB or Ipsos would be a good idea. No time right now but will have a go when/if I can. Take care, people.

Still no mention of “Headlight Motability Community” on either the MB or IPSOS sites. Odd. Only way to find out more is to phone one of them. Sorry, I have neither the time nor the will to wait ages to be answered by some box-ticker who will not listen to, or understand, what I am saying.

I got an invite yesterday. However, on joining and then accessing the forum something happened and I can no longer access headlight in any form. It no longer recognises my login details. I filled out a contact us form but nothing back from that. Oh humm
