I try to maintain a cheerful mien, but like anyone I do get very down from time to time.  When I do I like to have a nice little wallow and then play music too loud (venting by proxy!), but after that?  Meh.

I am very happy I live in a retirement bungalow which Is so quiet all I hear is the birds singing I have lovely neighbours etc it makes me happy to help someone and to laugh and smile !

Momentary happiness is great too, I’m off fishing for a few hours, the off West Wales for well don’t know how long yet a month last time ?..

Stay safe, remember happiness is a great thing and no one can have it, it’s yours hold on tight, but remember to pass some on, or at least try..?
